Maj. Gen. Blackledge Assumes Command of USACAPOC(A)
When Maj. Gen. David N. Blackledge accepted the colors of the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) and became the all-Army Reserve command's top general, his subordinate units and soldiers gained a commander with over twenty years of Army civil affairs leadership experience.
Mission
USACAPOC(A)'s mission is to organize, train, equip and resource Army Reserve Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations forces for worldwide support to regional combatant commanders and other agencies as directed.
Vision
"Our vision is to provide the Nation with an expeditionary, campaign-quality Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Force fully mission-capable across the full spectrum of military operations."
